Azerbaijani Side Transfers Remains of 2 Soldiers from Talish-Mataghis Direction

On January 15, no search operations for bodies were conducted in Artsakh, but the Azerbaijani side found and transferred the remains of 2 soldiers to the Armenian side. This was reported by Hunan Tadevosyan, head of the information and public relations department of the Artsakh Emergency Situations Ministry.

The remains were discovered by the Azerbaijanis in the Talish-Mataghis direction. A forensic examination has been appointed to determine the identity of the bodies. The remains are unrecognizable.

Today, January 16, search operations are set to take place in the directions of Hadrut, Fizuli, Jabrail, and Shushi. Relatives of soldiers are also participating in the search efforts.
