263 New Coronavirus Cases Confirmed in Armenia; 13 People Dead

As of January 16 at 11:00 AM, a total of 164,235 cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed in Armenia, of which 152,615 have recovered, and 2,987 have resulted in death. This information was reported by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.
Currently, 7,905 patients are receiving treatment for the coronavirus. A total of 620,704 tests have been conducted. In the past day alone, 1,638 tests were conducted, and 263 new cases of the coronavirus were confirmed. We have recorded 295 recoveries and 13 deaths.
On the previous day, there were 2 documented deaths in patients who had a coronavirus infection; however, their deaths were attributed to other illnesses. The total number of such cases is 728.
