Calm Night in Artsakh Settlements
The State Emergency Service of the Republic of Artsakh reports that the night was relatively calm in the settlements of Artsakh. Azerbaijan grossly violated the humanitarian ceasefire that was established during the night in the northern and southern directions of the Republic. However, there was no fire directed at peaceful settlements and civilian infrastructure.
