Captured Enemy Position and Successfully Withdrawn After Planting Mines: Defense Army

The Defense Army has presented another brilliant example of collective victory.

Several soldiers of the Defense Army, excellently cooperating with volunteers, have jointly carried out operations resulting in the destruction of enemy manpower, weapons, and ammunition, capturing an enemy position, planting mines, and successfully withdrawing from the area.

For the successful organization and implementation of this operation, Major Hovik Mirzoyan, Captains Armen Andryan, Shant Hayrapetyan, David Hayrapetyan, Koryun Sogomonyan, Senior Lieutenant Hayk Hakobyan, Privates Samvel Isakhanyan, Alik Shavershyan, Suren Khachatryan, Norik Khachatryan, Junior Sergeants Karen Petrosyan, Andranik Aramyan, and Albert Farmanyan, as well as volunteers Telman Gabrielyan, Seyran Avagimyum, Varuzhan Manasyan, Erik Aghajanian, and reserve Colonel Manvel Grigoryan will be awarded with the "For Courage" medals.

The air defense forces of the Defense Army continue to demonstrate an excellent level of preparedness. Junior Sergeants Aram Abaghyan, Robert Simonyan, and contract Private Tigran Baghdasaryan, having downed 4 enemy UAVs, have been proposed for "Combat Service" medals.

The teams continue to operate in various sections of the frontline and, based on daily results, are multiplying the enemy casualties.
