Urgent: Humanitarian Ceasefire to be Established from October 18 at 00:00, Vahram Poghosyan

The Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan have decided to establish a humanitarian ceasefire starting from October 18 at 00:00 local time. This decision has been made following the statements issued on October 1 by the presidents of the co-chairing countries of the OSCE Minsk Group, namely the French Republic, the Russian Federation, and the United States of America, as well as the announcements made by the Minsk Group co-chairs on October 5 and the joint statement adopted on October 10 in Moscow.
