We Must Defend Syunik: Kapan Mayor

The Kapan municipality has issued a statement:  "Dear residents of Kapan community, I appeal to all men aged 20 to 60 who are capable of taking up arms, including those who have just returned from the Artsakh front. The sacred homeland is in danger, and the treacherous enemy threatens to seize our region. Our soldiers are fighting in Artsakh, and we must defend Syunik. We all need to be ready.
