Armenian Forces Down 9 Drones by 20:30, Including 2 on Armenian Territory

During the large-scale war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh, Armenian forces reported having shot down 9 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Azerbaijani armed forces by 20:30 on October 18, of which 2 were within the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

This announcement was made by Artsrun Hovhannisyan, a representative of the Ministry of Defense, during a press conference held on the same day.

“Throughout the day, amid active combat operations, Azerbaijan again employed various aerial attack means, including drones. By 20:30, 9 UAVs had been downed, with 2 of them located in the territory of the Republic of Armenia,” stated Hovhannisyan.
