Artsakh Republic Confirms Readiness to Maintain Humanitarian Ceasefire Conditions on Mutual Basis

The Artsakh Republic welcomes the efforts of the Co-chairing states of the OSCE Minsk Group and Armenia aimed at ceasing fire in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone and reducing tensions.

The Artsakh Republic confirms its readiness to maintain humanitarian ceasefire conditions on a mutual basis, in accordance with the Moscow statement of October 10, 2020, and the agreements of October 17.

This was announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh.
