Armavir Mayor Davit Khudatyan wrote on his Facebook page: “Before the revolution, there were people who didn’t say a word for 20 years while the city was falling apart, and now they are complaining that the unprecedented construction happening in the city is creating dust. The dust particle flew to my eye, haaaa-ouch! Curtain. We’re doing well, we’re making dust, next year will be even dustier.”
