Do you remember my assurances that the hemodialysis market is monopolized, and my goal was to ensure competition, as a result of which the law would be upheld, the market price regulated, and the state would acquire dialysis supplies at a significantly lower cost?

First of all, let me say that if two large companies were previously involved in the purchasing process of hemodialysis, now there are 5-6 companies that, competing with each other, provide a competitive price, resulting in the state saving and continuing to save hundreds of millions.

The most recent case is the recently held competition by the St. Gregory the Illuminator Medical Center, where the sole participant and highly profitable company has lost its position to another organization. Therefore, if it were not for the findings of the State Revenue Committee in this medical center, the sole participating company would dictate the price, and due to the criminal inactivity or actions of the center's responsible officials, the purchase would be made at the high price proposed by that company. In other words, as a result of competition, the state paid 150 million less than the initially proposed price for the necessary medical equipment.

It turns out that the essence of the charges against me in the fabricated case ("… acting from group interests, has used his official position contrary to the interests of the service, as well as has not fulfilled his official duties") lies in the fact that providing hundreds of millions of benefits to the state is contrary to my service interests and is also considered a failure to fulfill official duties.
