Vardan Oskanyan's Son Declared Bankrupt
The son of former Minister of Foreign Affairs and ex-MP Vardan Oskanyan has been declared bankrupt by a decision of the bankruptcy court.
According to the judicial information system, on July 31, 2020, Judge Arsen Babayan of the Bankruptcy Court granted the application of Argshinbank CJSC to declare Ara Oskanyan bankrupt. The court has imposed a lien on the property owned by Ara Oskanyan, except for that which cannot be subject to seizure by law.
Argshinbank CJSC approached the bankruptcy court requesting that the former minister’s son be subjected to forced bankruptcy. Ara Oskanyan owes the bank 5 million drams.
