Fact: Certain Satellites of Pashinyan Launch Open Anti-Campaign Against the Government
The newspaper "Fact" reports: Certain individuals and political forces, including the Armenian National Congress (ANC), who have been satellites and supporters of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, are openly dissatisfied with the changes occurring in the judicial system and the solutions adopted by the government. They are convinced that the reforms implemented by Pashinyan are mere "half-measures" that will not lead to any significant results.
According to our sources, prominent representatives of one of the mentioned forces have been expressing their dissatisfaction in various settings. The main focus of criticism revolves around the idea that "appointing judges to the Constitutional Court at this stage is a futile and meaningless exercise." This topic has also received quite harsh responses in the public domain.
Moreover, categorical negative opinions and criticism laden with various accusations have been directed against the new candidates for Constitutional Court membership from those forces and political structures that advocate for the necessity of the Supreme Court. Representatives of this community have conducted an open anti-campaign against the candidates presented by the government over the past two to three days, thoroughly proving that they are somehow associated with the "criminal-oligarchic system" and cannot be legitimate members of the Constitutional Court.
Interestingly, they have also placed Justice Minister Rustam Badasyan in their crosshairs.
