Body of Man Discovered in Canyon Near Katnaghbyur Village

On August 26, at 22:00, the Regional Crisis Management Center received information that a man's body had been found in a canyon adjacent to Katnaghbyur village, and that rescuers were needed to extract the body.

A firefighting team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ Rescue Service of Lori Province dispatched to the scene. Rescuers retrieved the body of Mikael Z., born in 1977, from the canyon (approximately 1000 meters deep) and handed it over to the Stepanavan emergency medical service.
