BMW Catches Fire in Kotayk Province, Reducing Vehicle to Ashes

On August 26, an extraordinary incident occurred in Kotayk Province. Around 2:00 AM, a fire broke out in a BMW vehicle parked in the yard of building 2/1 on Sevan Street in Abovyan under unknown circumstances. This was reported by shamshyan.com.

Two fire-fighting units from the Kotayk regional rescue service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived at the scene. Firefighters extinguished the fire in the BMW, but the front plastic parts of a Toyota Corolla parked nearby were also partially damaged as a result of the flames.

The cause of the fire will be determined after a series of investigations are conducted.
