Young People Assault and Insult Traffic Police Inspectors in Cascade

On August 30, at approximately 23:15, two young men in Cascade assaulted traffic police inspectors, also using foul language and grossly violating public order.

At 23:45, law enforcement officers detained two young men, aged 30 and 26, on suspicion of using violence against a representative of authority and committing hooliganism. A forensic examination has been appointed.

A criminal case has been opened under Articles 316 (Violence against a representative of authority) and 258 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code.

The detained individuals have been arrested. An investigation is underway. Every person who does not comply with the legal demands of a police officer and shows resistance will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.
