Armenak Urfanyan to Be Awarded the Title of 'Hero of Artsakh'

The President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, announced on his Facebook page: "Dear compatriots, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh has submitted a petition to award the highest title of 'Hero of Artsakh' to Captain Armenak Urfanyan, who heroically died during the April War.

There have been many discussions about Armenak Urfanyan's selfless and patriotic conduct. I believe that awarding him this title will be the best decision to appropriately recognize his heroic figure on the occasion of the anniversary of the declaration of independence of the Republic of Artsakh. I will confirm it with love and pride."
