Three People Die from Coronavirus in the Last Day, All Had Chronic Illnesses

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia reports that the deceased patients were aged 58 (female), 63 (male), and 79 (male). All had accompanying chronic illnesses.

On the previous day, four deaths were recorded, where patients tested positive for the coronavirus, but death was caused by other diseases. The total number of such cases is 264.

As of August 26 at 11:00 AM, a total of 43,067 cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed, of which 36,726 have recovered, and 861 resulted in death. Currently, 5,216 patients are receiving actual treatment for the coronavirus. In total, 198,569 tests have been conducted.

Thus, we have 131 newly confirmed cases of coronavirus and 251 recoveries.
