Veterans to Receive Bonuses on Their Birthdays, Decision of the Artsakh President

The President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, wrote on his Facebook page: “In honor of the 75th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War, I have made a decision to allocate bonuses of 100,000 AMD to our veterans on the occasion of their birthdays. Unfortunately, most of them are no longer with us, but we must honor those who are alive.”

“P.S. Today marks the 97th anniversary of the birth of veteran Hambardzum Bakhshiyan, a participant in the Great Patriotic War living in Stepanakert. Accordingly, as per my directive, my assistant visited his home and conveyed my warm congratulations. I wish good health to all our veterans!”
