First Court Hearing in Gagik Khachatryan's Case Postponed

Lawyer Yerem Sargsyan posted on his Facebook page: "The first court hearing of former Minister of Finance Gagik Khachatryan was scheduled for today at 12 PM, during which the court was to address the issue of the precautionary measure applied to him. I inform you that the session has been postponed. Gagik Khachatryan had expressed a desire to attend the hearing, but due to health reasons, he was unable to be present today. Therefore, we submitted a request to postpone the hearing by one day so that Khachatryan could also participate. The session will take place tomorrow, August 26, at 12 PM at the general jurisdiction court of Yerevan (address: Tigran Mets 23/1)."
