4 Deaths Due to COVID-19 Recorded in the Last 24 Hours; The Youngest is 61

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia reports that the deceased patients were aged 61 (female), 65 (male), 70 (male), and 67 (female). All had underlying chronic illnesses.

On the previous day, 4 deaths were recorded where patients had confirmed cases of coronavirus; however, the deaths were due to other illnesses. The total number of such cases is 260.

As of August 25 at 11:00 AM, a total of 42,936 cases of coronavirus illness have been confirmed, of which 36,475 have recovered, and 858 have resulted in death. Currently, 5,343 patients are receiving active treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 196,873 tests have been conducted.

Thus, we have 111 new confirmed cases of coronavirus and 426 recoveries.
