New Details on Navalny's Poisoning Revealed

The chief doctor of Omsk Emergency Hospital No. 1, Alexander Murakhovsky, has presented new details regarding the health condition of Russian opposition politician Alexei Navalny, reports Kommersant.

"The main diagnoses we are inclined to consider are metabolic disorders, which may be related to a sharp drop in blood sugar on the plane, causing a loss of consciousness. The resuscitation department's doctors are doing everything possible to bring Navalny out of the coma," stated Murakhovsky.

According to RIA Novosti, experts are continuing their research. It has already been confirmed that the patient has not suffered a stroke, heart attack, or infectious diseases, including coronavirus.

It should be noted that yesterday, Alexei Navalny's health condition sharply worsened on the plane. The aircraft made an emergency landing in Omsk, where he was hospitalized in an unconscious state. According to the latest information, doctors have managed to stabilize his condition.
