217 People Recovered from Coronavirus in Armenia; 158 New Cases Confirmed

As of August 21, there have been 158 new confirmed cases of coronavirus in Armenia. The total number of infections has reached 42,477.

There have been 217 recoveries, while 5,689 people continue to receive treatment. Since the beginning of the outbreak, a total of 35,693 individuals have recovered from the virus.

Additionally, there have been 6 new fatalities due to coronavirus, bringing the total death toll to 842. The number of deaths recorded for other causes has reached 253.

In total, 192,199 citizens have been tested, with 1,693 tests conducted in the past day.
