Armenian Chess Team Defeats Turkey in Online Olympiad Opener

The Armenian chess team started triumphantly in the online Olympiad. According to Armenpress, the Armenian team joined the battle in the strong C division of the online Olympiad. In the first round, the Armenian team achieved a 4:2 victory over Romania, but in the second round, they lost to Bulgaria with a score of 2.5-3.5. In the last round, they defeated the team from Turkey with a score of 4.5-1.5.
