We Will Provide Support to the Lebanese Government and Local Armenian Community, Says Pashinyan

During a government meeting, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan began with words of comfort and support for the Lebanese government and its friendly people in light of the tragedy that occurred in Beirut.

“On behalf of the Armenian government, I would like to express my condolences to the families of the deceased and wish a speedy recovery to all the injured. Lebanon is among Armenia’s closest friends; the peoples of our two countries are connected by numerous historical and cultural ties,” said Pashinyan.

The Prime Minister announced that Armenia will provide support to the Lebanese government and the local Armenian community to the best of its ability.
