The Special Investigation Service has just arrested former Yerevan Mayor, and former head of the Public Services Regulatory Commission, Robert Nazaryan. This was confirmed by Marina Ohanyan, spokesperson for the SIS, in a conversation with Auroranews, though she did not specify the details of the case.
