Wanted Levon Sargsyan Transferred to Armenia: Gor Abrahamyan
As a result of the cooperation between the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia and the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, and with the assistance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, a group of operational staff from the Armenian police transferred Levon Hrachayevich Sargsyan, who was wanted by Armenian authorities, to Armenia on August 6, 2020. This was reported by Gor Abrahamyan, an advisor to the Prosecutor General, on his Facebook page.
“The request of the Armenian Prosecutor General's Office to transfer Levon Sargsyan to the competent authorities of Armenia was granted by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation in March of this year, and the relevant bodies were instructed to ensure his transfer after the decision came into legal force,” he wrote.
