Mayor of Jermuk Urges Protesters to Clear the Road

Blocking the road will not solve the issue. This was stated today by the Mayor of Jermuk, Vardan Hovhannisyan, during a conversation with activists.

He noted that they have requested all the documents regarding the trailer houses from 'Lydian.' Everything that has been close to them has been removed; there are documents that have not been preserved, but this is not a problem as they exist in the archives.

'No construction permits have been issued for these trailer houses so close together. Tomorrow, I will make an official announcement for you. There is a timeline; we cannot demand answers at this moment,' said the mayor, promising that a press conference will be held in Jermuk to address the pressing questions.
