The Issue of Moving the Containers is Under Discussion, Says Vayots Dzor Police Chief

Amulsar protectors, having learned that the police rejected their compromise proposal, have collectively decided to move the containers placed by the Lydian company by their own means.

Later, Vayots Dzor Police Chief Gevorg Azizyan approached the protesters and informed them that they had held discussions to resolve the situation.

"Although this is not an issue that will be resolved today, I have tried to find a maximum solution. At this moment, the issue is still under discussion and has not been finalized. The movement question is still in the discussion phase, but I cannot promise that it can be addressed at this moment. Tomorrow, your group can go to the government and have a constructive discussion regarding this issue, where it will be clarified that there is currently no talk of operations," he said.

Azizyan expressed a desire to reach a solution on this matter and informed that a criminal case has been initiated. However, he does not have the authority to disclose details of the case; he will do so if the investigative body allows.
