Operational Measures Underway to Clarify Circumstances of 28-Year-Old's Murder

Operative investigative measures are being taken to clarify the circumstances of the murder of a 28-year-old man on May 9 Street in Yerevan, hours ago. This information was provided by the Police of Armenia.

"On June 9, at approximately 5:15 PM, a report was received by the police's operational management center about gunfire on May 9 Street. Minutes later, the police department received another report from the 'Shengavit' medical center indicating that a 28-year-old man with gunshot wounds had been admitted to the hospital, where he later died.

Operative-investigative teams dispatched to the crime scene discovered various bullet casings and projectiles. Comprehensive operative-investigative measures and procedural actions are being conducted within the framework of the initiated criminal case to clarify the circumstances of the incident," the police's statement said.
