Details on the Murder of a 38-Year-Old Man in Yerevan Today

The murder that occurred in the capital has been solved. This was reported by the police's public relations department.

On June 7, at 00:05, a report was received by the police stating that gunshots had been heard near the Shengavit metro station. An operational group was dispatched to the scene, where the lifeless body of a 38-year-old man with gunshot wounds was found near 11/8 Solomon Tarontsi Street. An inspection of the crime scene revealed spent cartridges.

A 32-year-old man suspected of committing the crime has been arrested. He presented the police with the firearm used in the crime, which had an empty magazine.

A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident. Expert examinations have been scheduled, and a preliminary investigation is underway.
