Five Cars Collide Near Zvartnots Airport; One Hospitalized

On May 29, at 01:13 AM, the National Crisis Management Center received information about a traffic accident near Zvartnots Airport, with reported injuries.

Two fire and rescue teams from the Emergency Situations Ministry's Yerevan rescue department were dispatched to the scene. It was found that the vehicles involved in the collision were a Nissan Teana (driver: Erik S.), a Mercedes-Benz C180 (driver: Avetik A.), a Nissan Tiida, a Mercedes-Benz, and a Toyota Camry (driver: Yuric S.).

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the driver of the Nissan Tiida was transported to Astghik Medical Center. Rescuers also disabled the vehicles to prevent further incidents.
