A Criminal Case Launched Based on an Investigation at 'HayAeronavigatsia' LLC

The Republic of Armenia's State Oversight Service has announced that a criminal case has been opened at the Office of the General Prosecutor of Armenia based on an investigation conducted at 'HayAeronavigatsia' LLC.

The case involves multiple charges under the Criminal Code of Armenia, including part 2, points 1 and 3 of article 179 (embezzlement and waste through the misuse of official position), part 3, point 1 of the same article (embezzlement and waste in particularly large amounts), and part 2 of article 308 (misuse of official powers leading to serious consequences).

The investigation has been assigned to the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia. This information has been reported by the State Oversight Service of the Republic of Armenia.
