VIDEO: Police Identify Individual Who Threatened MP Nikolay Baghdasaryan

On May 11, a parliament member from the 'My Step' faction, Nikolay Baghdasaryan, reported to the police that, related to his professional activities, an unknown individual attempted to run him over with a bicycle on Baghramyan Avenue that same day. Following this, the individual made threats and used sexual insults towards him.

Officers from the Criminal Investigation and Community Police Departments of the Arabkir Police have jointly identified the individual, who was found in the Hrazdan Gorge on May 12 and apprehended.

A criminal case has been initiated regarding the use of violence against a representative of the authorities. The 40-year-old resident of Ejmiatsin has been arrested. The criminal case has been sent from the police to the Investigative Committee, and an investigation is underway.
