International Sambo Tournaments Postponed Until Autumn

Due to the spread of the coronavirus infection, the International Sambo Federation has decided to postpone all tournaments scheduled for the international calendar until autumn. This was reported by the official website of the Armenian National Olympic Committee.

Concrete dates for the competitions will be announced after the lifting of restrictions related to the pandemic.

Previously, the Executive Committee of the European Federation decided to move the European Championship, scheduled for 2020 in Yekaterinburg, from May to September.

The International Sambo Federation has stated that it will wait for the further development of events and urges everyone to avoid any risks to maintain health.
