I Committed a Wrong. Ruben Has Not Died, Says HRAH President
“I committed a wrong. (Ruben has not died; they simply turned off the artificial respiration machine because... I don't know how to put this. I received incorrect information from the USA. I apologize...)” This was stated by the President of HRAH Tigran Hakobyan on his Facebook page.
It is worth noting that earlier he had announced on Facebook that diplomat Ruben Shugaryan had passed away.
