Activity of Several Businesses Prohibited for 24 Hours

The Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, Tigran Avinyan, signed a new decision today, April 21, introducing restrictions on several businesses.

The decision states: "Guided by points 2, 6, and 7 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia's decision No. 298-N on declaring a state of emergency in the Republic of Armenia dated March 16, 2020, and point 20 of the annex to the decision, considering the instruction of the Deputy Prime Minister No. Ц/17-2020 dated March 20, 2020, and decision No. 27 dated March 31, 2020, as well as based on the orders No. 952-A and No. 953-A dated April 14, 2020, and No. 1024-A and No. 1046-A dated April 17, 2020, issued by the head of the Health and Labor Inspection Body of the Republic of Armenia, and reports compiled based on the continuous monitoring conducted from April 16 to 19, 2020:

  1. Prohibit for 24 hours the activity of the branches belonging to the following businesses (conducted at the addresses):
    1) "Eva and Suzy" LLC, Yerevan, Mashtots 27.
    2) "Paruir Rubinyan" LLC, Yerevan, Davtashen 3rd district, 13/24.
    3) "Mostovik" LLC, Ayntap community, Ararat province.
    4) "Ararat-Janshin" LLC, Avshar community, Ararat province.
  2. The head of the Health and Labor Inspection Body of the Republic of Armenia, Hakob Avagyan, is instructed to inform the businesses about this decision.
  3. The business activity is prohibited from the moment of notification.
  4. The Chief of Police of the Republic of Armenia, Arman Sargsyan, is instructed to ensure full oversight of the implementation of the requirements of point 1 of this decision.
  5. This decision takes effect upon publication.
