Surprisingly, the Central Bank has purchased $8.1 million from the currency market today. This was announced by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his Facebook page.
"This can have no other explanation than the confidence of the financial market in the anti-crisis policy pursued by the government. People trust our policies, and they trust the dram," the Prime Minister wrote.
