Mine Found in Talvorik Village of Armavir Region

On April 11, at 11:53 AM, the National Crisis Management Center received information that a mine had been discovered in one of the land areas of the administrative territory of Talvorik village in the Armavir region. An operational group from the regional emergency management department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that the discovered object was a TM-62P anti-tank training mine. Rescuers cordoned off the area and maintained vigilance. Sappers from the Armenian Ministry of Defense's military unit neutralized the mine by means of detonation at the site.
