Staff Member of School No. 151 Transferred to Hospital Dies Hours Later
A tragic incident occurred in Yerevan on April 6. Around 5:40 PM, a medical team from Yerevan's emergency services transported a woman to the number 1 university hospital with a diagnosis of "catastrophic trauma, skull base fracture."
According to Shamshyan.com, the police operational group from the Arabkir Division also arrived at the hospital, where it was clarified that the injured woman was 67-year-old Anna K., who had been transferred from the yard of School No. 151 located on Babayan Street.
Doctors informed the police that the injured individual was in extremely critical condition and was unable to explain the circumstances of the incident. Meanwhile, while the doctors fought for the victim's life, officers from the criminal investigation, community policing, and investigative divisions of the Arabkir police uncovered that Anna K. had fallen from a height in the school yard and rolled down several steps.
According to the website's information, around 11:30 PM, another alert was received by the Arabkir police division from the number 1 university hospital, reporting that Anna K. had passed away in the hospital's intensive care unit at approximately 10:30 PM.
The deceased was an employee at School No. 151. The investigative division of the Arabkir police has initiated a case regarding the incident under the direction of Senior Investigator Antonyan.
