Military Serviceman Killed

On April 3, at approximately 00:35, in the southeastern direction of the Artsakh Defense Army, a military serviceman was fatally injured in a shooting incident at a guard post under still unclear circumstances. The serviceman, Garegin Kamoy Babakekhyan, born in 2000, sustained a lethal gunshot wound. This information has been reported by the Defense Army.

An investigation is underway to clarify the details of the incident. The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh shares the heavy grief of this loss and expresses its support to the family members, relatives, and colleagues of the deceased serviceman.
