Fire in a Yerevan Apartment: Two Firefighting Teams Deployed to the Scene
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that on March 27, at 23:55, the National Crisis Management Center received a call about a loud explosion heard from an apartment in building 70/2 on Sasuntsi David Street in Yerevan, with smoke observed in the area.
Two firefighting teams from the Yerevan Rescue Department were dispatched to the scene.
It was determined that a fire had broken out in the apartment. The fire was contained by 00:19 and extinguished by 00:25. Two armchairs, one mattress, and a double bed were burned, while the windows of the living room and bedroom were damaged. No signs of an explosion were found.
