Kaspirchik Visits the Three Parties of the Conflict: MFA Spokesperson

According to his mandate, the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Andzej Kaspirchik, is visiting the three parties involved in the conflict. This was stated by the spokesperson of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, Anna Naghdalyan, in response to a question from the media.

As for the second part of your question, based on his mandate, Mr. Kaspirchik visits all three parties involved in the conflict. He regularly meets with elected representatives and other officials from Artsakh, specifically with the authorities and civil society of Artsakh.
