Lars Open for All Types of Vehicles, Armenian Foreign Ministry

The Armenian Foreign Ministry announced via its Facebook page that the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open to all types of vehicles due to snow removal efforts.

“We inform that following intensive snow clearing operations, the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open to all types of vehicles,” the statement said.

Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that according to information received from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations' crisis management center in North Ossetia, there are over 1,000 trucks accumulated on the Russian side of Lars.
