I Am Forced to Ask You to Return from Our Roads: Gegharkunik Governor

"I have always invited you to the Gegharkunik region with pleasure, but today I am forced to ask you, due to weather conditions, to avoid heading in our direction. If you are already on your way, please turn back," wrote Gegharkunik Governor Gnel Sanosyan on his Facebook page.

"Due to severe winds and storms, there are serious issues on the Sevan-Dilijan, Vardenis-Martakert, and Martuni-Eghenadzor routes. For safety reasons, we have currently closed the Martuni-Eghenadzor and Vardenis-Martakert roads. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will provide additional updates regarding the road conditions in the region," he noted.
