The Lights Went Out While the MP from 'Bright Armenia' Spoke of Bright People
During the announcement period in the National Assembly, lawmakers laughed when the lights went out during the speech of an MP from the 'Bright Armenia' faction. He smiled and continued his remarks.
“It is clear that bright people exist everywhere... What is it you hope to achieve by searching for and finding bright people?” he said.
