Suren Papikyan to Head Yes Campaign Headquarters
The headquarters of the Yes campaign for the constitutional referendum will be led by Suren Papikyan, the Chairman of the Civil Contract Party, who is also the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Development.
