The Head of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of the National Assembly of Armenia, Ruben Rubinyan, wrote on his Facebook page: “I consider it important to note that the position of certain political forces to refrain from participating in the referendum or to boycott it is essentially the same as advocating NO, since a corresponding number of votes is necessary for the victory of YES. There is no way to blur this question, there is no third option. There is YES or NO. The Constitutional Court crisis will either be resolved or it will not. P.S. I am, of course, referring only to political forces and their positions.”
