Online Registration for Medical Services in Polyclinics Now Available

Citizens can now register online for medical services at municipal and several private outpatient-polyclinic institutions in Yerevan through the armed.am website.

As a result of the cooperation between the Yerevan City Hall and the National Operator of Electronic Health, an electronic registration system has been introduced in polyclinics. This system allows residents to pre-register online with their attending therapist, pediatrician, or family doctor, thus saving time that would otherwise be spent in queues.

Online registration is only possible if the citizen's mobile phone number is already recorded in the polyclinic's electronic system (i.e., the citizen has previously visited the polyclinic or registered via telephone, providing their mobile number). After registering for the first time through a phone call or visit and entering the necessary information, citizens can subsequently register online for future visits.

To register online with an attending doctor, the following steps are required:

1. Visit the website of the National Operator of Electronic Health at armed.am. This can be done both on a computer and a mobile phone.
2. In the “Access System” section, click on the “Click here to register” link, where you will need to fill out the following:
• Public service identification number (social card number),
• First name and last name,
• Date of birth,
• Mobile (non-landline) phone number (if the number was previously recorded during a visit to the polyclinic, this same number should be entered for identification),
• Create a password.

After filling out the specified information, the citizen will receive a code via SMS to their registered mobile phone. Entering this code in the appropriate section will complete the registration in the system.

After registering, the citizen must log into the system again with the same information, at which point they will be able to see the details of the therapist, pediatrician, or family doctor they are registered with at the polyclinic, as well as the schedule and available time slots for that specialist.

After selecting a convenient time, the citizen can register for a visit. The information will be immediately sent to the polyclinic.

If for any reason the scheduled visit cannot be made, the user can log back into the system to change the visit time or cancel the appointment.

Alongside online registration, the option to register via telephone continues to be available.
