Why the Kalavan-Dprabak Section Has Not Been Cleared: Prime Minister's Advisor
Is there anyone who can explain why the Kalavan-Dprabak section has not been cleared? This was expressed by Robert Ghukasyan, an advisor to the Prime Minister and a native of Kalavan, on his Facebook page.
He also published photos of the road covered in a layer of snow.
In another post, he states, “The Aghavnadzor-Gosh section is ideal. I have always admired the work of those serving this area.”
