‘What was that? Are our citizens worthy of this quality broadcast?’ Mikitar Hayrapetyan on ‘Partially Open Windows’

‘What was that, and is it going to be broadcast in two days? Are our citizens worthy of this quality broadcast?’ This was the question raised by Mikitar Hayrapetyan, a member of the ‘My Step’ faction in the National Assembly, on his Facebook page, where he shared a teaser for the show ‘Partially Open Windows’.

‘And let no one refer to Article 42 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia. Dear citizens, what I am sharing with you has nothing to do with freedom of expression; this is something else, and I leave its description to your judgment. However, one thing is clear, as I have already stated from the podium of the National Assembly, the outdated law on 'Television and Radio' requires serious amendments and reforms in this area are unavoidable, and yes, we have taken on the responsibility to disinfect the broadcast,’ he wrote.
